Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.) My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is. You receive 1 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $3 USD each, paid before I continue.Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.PAYMENTS & FEESWork will begin only after 100% of the payment has been received and confirmed.Upfront Payment: All payments must be made in full through PayPal before I begin working on the commission.
Privacy Fee: If you wish for the commission to remain private (not posted on any social media or public portfolio), an additional 25% fee will be added to the base price.
Complexity Fee: An extra charge of $1 - $2 USD may apply for highly detailed characters or complex accessories.Commercial Use
⭑ Streamer License (+100% fee): Required if the artwork will be used for streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), including alerts, overlays, or profile assets.
⭑ Merchandise/Full Commercial License (+200% fee): Required if you intend to sell products featuring the artwork (stickers, prints, shirts) or for corporate branding.REVISIONS
⭑ Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
⭑ You receive 1 free revision (sketch stage only).
⭑ Additional revisions or changes after the sketch is approved will cost $2 USD each, paid before I continue.
⭑ Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
⭑ Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
⭑ Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⭑ Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur. If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $2 USD.You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
⭑ Promote myself and my services.
⭑ Post on social media and in my portfolio.
⭑ Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
⭑ 100% Refund: Only if the work has not been started yet.
⭑ 50% Refund: If I have already finished the sketch and you decide to cancel.
⭑ No Refund: Once the final artwork has been delivered.
⭑ Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to complete your order for personal reasons, you will receive a ⭑ 100% refund regardless of progress.Filing a chargeback will:
⭑ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
⭑ Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
⭑ Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
⭑ Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
⭑ Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
⭑ Print the art for yourself.
⭑ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@KasutoroAle".You may NOT:
⭑ Use the artwork commercially without permission.
⭑ Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
⭑ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
⭑ Remove signatures/watermarks.
⭑ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
⭑ Modify the artwork without my consent.
⭑ Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
